Vegan Mental Health: How to Survive and Thrive in a Non-Vegan World

As someone who has been a passionate vegan advocate for more than 20 years, I noticed that while there are countless books on vegan cooking and physical wellbeing, there are far fewer resources addressing the unique challenges ethical vegans can face in a largely non-vegan world. I set out to bring together my two passions—veganism and mental health—by writing a book that explores these experiences and offers practical tools and techniques to help vegans protect and strengthen their mental wellbeing.
I also hope the book will be valuable not only for vegans but also for their family and friends, as well as mental health professionals supporting vegan clients.
